We need several items: buttons for going to the next and previous slide (green), main menu, and preview to see the thumbnails. We also create a button (invisible button), which only shows the area for the mouse but is otherwise empty. Instances of this button are used for opening slides by clicking on the thumbnail images. You do not have to name them but I did it for clarity to know which button belongs to which nailholder. Then we need movieclips to hold all our images: for the background (backHolder), for showing individual slides (slideHolder) and for the thumbnails (nailHolder). You have to name all of them. Next we need a dynamic textbox for the slide description. I created two, both having different colors for the text and setting them a bit apart to create a shadow effect. Further we create a white box in size of the stage, which we need later to hide the thumbnails. Make it invisible so that you can see the whole stage and place it above the nailholders and invisible buttons. You can add a border to the stage and a textfield showing the current date.
