Php High Score Table
This is really easy to set up, you do need php support on your website though, if you haven't got PHP i suggest you get a free host which supports PHP. I use a free host for my scoreboards i suggest you use Lycos:
http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/
I will explain how to set up your scoreboard in steps:
1. Open up scoretable.fla
2. On frame one, The Actions Layer, in the actions you will see something like this:
_root.scoretable.loadVariables("http://www.yoursite.com/scores.php", "GET");
You will need to change the "http://www.yoursite.com/scores.php" bit to your location, for example mine is:
http://members.lycos.co.uk/strangelife/scores.php
3. On frame eleven you would also see this, so change it to your location.
4.Now save the flash file and export it to a swf document.

| In this tutorial, you will learn how to create two kinds of text tweening in flash MX. The first one, being the text size. The second one you will learn, is how to fade text. Both of these can be done with great ease. |
