3. Put a symbol (in this case a little ball) in a layer: to make its colour and position change to the rhythm of music insert different instances of the symbol in frames multiple of number 5, starting from number 1 (our music start with frame number 1, not with frame number 0). Here we want the little ball to change every 4 beats of music so the change will occur every (5*4)=20 frames. So the different instance will be placed at frame number 1, frame number 21 (20+1), frame number 41 (20*2+1) etc

The result is that the little ball will change color and position every 4 beats:
