Let's make an example: we want a little ball to change position and color every 4 beats of our loops.

1. First thing is to insert our loop in a layer and synchronize it as a stream sound and then set the repetitions number to 5.

2. Then we have to compute our unit of measure: in this case we have a loop speed of 120 bpm and a movie speed of 10 fps. So our unit will be 60/120*10=5. This is the number of frames that "run under" a single beat of our loop. To synchronize whatever event with our soundtrack the event must be placed in a frame multiple of our unit.
