I wish i could say there was an easy trick or a shortcut that could help you through this...but there really isnt any fast way. It takes quite a bit of time, but can be quite rewarding if done correctly. I have had quite a few requests for a tutorial on this and here it is: Good luck. There are several steps to go through. Each is equally important to the overall look of the finished product.
