Search tutorials
1. Create your flash movie.
2. Go to Flie>Publish settings and under Formats, change it to GIF image(.gif).
3. Input the size of your desktop background (in pixels) into the first two boxes-hight and width respectively-
4. Click Publish.
5. Go to Control Panel> Appearance & Themes> Change the Desktop Background.
6.Click on browse and find your file. If you can't find it, try telling your computer to look for all picture files.
7. Lastly, MAKE SURE TO CLICK 'CENTER' UNDER 'POSITION' OR IT WILL NOT LOOK RIGHT, MAINLY IF YOU HAVE TEXT.

Note:Try to keep your flash under 100 frames. Otherwise it could slow down your computer a bit.
