STEP 6: Click on Convert button. A new window will pop up named video Compression. Choose Full Frames(Uncompressed) and then click ok to convert. Make sure you have a lot of space on your HD because uncompressed .AVI format is very large in size. STEP 7: Now you have your movie in .avi format. But then you don't have sound. Why didn't I convert it? Because in my past experiences, sound conversion of .mov files in RADVideo can result to unsynchronized sounds/missing sounds. However, you will most likely encounter this with multiple sounds overlapping each other. If you just have one music file for the whole of the movie, you may skip this step and proceed to Step 8. Open Polderbits Sound Recorder. In the Sound Source, select Wave. Play your .swf movie and hit record. Make sure no other sounds are playing because this will record all sounds that are being played by your sound card. Save it as .wav. STEP 8: Open TMPGEnc. Click File, New. In video source, browse the .avi video file. In the audio source, browse the .wav file. Input the Output filename. Then click start. STEP 9: There you go. You have your .MPG. file. This is a much smaller file with better quality. If you have Nero Burner or whatever burner, burn this to your CD and you have the movie in VCD.
