Magic SWF to AVI seemed to be the best software, but then I've encountered problems with converting sound(it lost some sounds/some lost sync) and the video quality didn't satisfy me. Anyway, here we go. First of all we will need the following programs:
1) Quick Time Movie Player
2) Rad Video Tools
3) TMPGEnc
4) Polderbits Sound Recorder
