Step 8

Highlight all frames on the movie [Right click] and select Delete frame. Deselect [EDIT MULTIPLE FRAMES BUTTON]

Your screen should be clean and ready to insert our new movie. Now we will simply [right click] on the first frame and insert a keyframe.
