Setting up the Layers in the Scene
First step is to import the picture into Flash, and resize it to a workable area.
- Place the drawing on the bottom layer and LOCK it.
- Create a layer above for the tracing you will be doing.
Next we'll be ready to DEFINE the difference between Major Outlines (ones you will likely keep) and Minor Outlines (ones which you will likely discard).
