smooth-moving analog clock

ok, let's get started. if you read the title carefully - along with the description - you can see what's coming. but what exactly can you expect from a smooth-moving clock?
duh, it's one where the hands don't tick! they move continuously. smoothly.
BUT you can have a ticking clock too if you like. just follw this tute until I tell you it's "kinda ready, but not so". that will be when you reach the tick-clock stage. the smooth-moving one is a little bit further, but is no rocket science. you should get that easy too, I hope. :)
