Okay, I don't really want to explain how I did it.. I'll just give you my source code and you can just use it.. You are welcome to email me about this tutorial.
First, Open up Flash. Then create a new page, and set the background color to a dark color. Rename a Frame Layer to "ActionScript" or "coolBG" or something like that.. and inside that layer enter the code below..
Also.. if you don't know much about ActionScript.. the only thing you should edit in the code below should be the var shapes = 80;. This sets the amount of shapes you will have on the stage.. By the way this will not work if you just try to open the '.swf' file after you close Flash.. So you must either put it on a webpage or you must open its source file in Flash first and then press 'CTRL + ENTER'..
