Now that you have uploaded, Chmoded,and edited book.cgi and kitbook.txt you will need to come back to the folder you unzipped the files into. Now open guestbook.fla in flash and change the Actionscripts in the first Frame of the "Actions" layer. There you will find a command line that says: Load Variables ("http://www.yoursite.com/cgi-bin/book.cgi", "", vars=POST) Change the location to your book.cgi You will find the same entry in the actionscript of the submit button - change it, too."

Next thing you need to do is to publish the edited guestbook.fla so go ahead, don't be scared, publish it.
