Tutorial for flash-like php-like ?var=value Style in FLASH!
Lets Begin!
Step 1
Make a new flash document, Add this actionscript in frame 1:_______________________________
loadVariables("http://yourserver.com/vars.swf", 0, "get");

If you need a server, I recommend one i use, Its a website one BUT its a server!__________________________
Step 1.1: Setting up that server! Goto randomnamehere.teach-nology.com On the top-left, You should see
Click it
Now choose Free Sub-Domain, And enter anything you like
Click Next>> when ur done
Click Free (by 0.00 /mo) and next>>
Then.... ALMOST DONE!! Click No Thanks and last fill out the forms with FAKE info, real email next>> then skil all offers
Click Upload My Files then click You can use the teach- nology.com File Manager to upload files off your hard drive.
next>>.... Then Okay, (name), click here to start the File Manager in another window. Here's approximately what it should look like:
Click HERE no really click here to start the File Manager in another window
Click it.
Almost done!
Click Upload then type 1 then click Ok
You see that http://(ururl).teach-nology.com? Copy that in your url.
BACK TO FLASH
Make a dynamic textbox in the stage with the var of "txt" without quotes.
Now in the actions, you see loadVariables
("http://yourserver.com/vars.swf", 0, "get"); ?
Select http://yourserver.com/ and press ctrl+v or paste it in that place.
Now goto publish options and un-tick all eccept swf. Now click browse on the swf one and click desktop. Save it on the desktop and name it vars
Click save, then publish
BACK TO THE SITE!
Click upload, now select vars.swf Off the desktop and click Ok
Last, When it says Uploaded!, Click vars.swf and you will see at the end of the url when u click it is .swf
Put a ? at the end of the .swf like .swf? and put .swf?txt= at the end of = PUT SOME TEXT LIKE ?txt=hi AND WERE DONE!
