Implementing a hitTest array
Author: Chris Rhodes
| Website: http://www.snakenetworks.com |
Conclusion
We have now implemented a array based hitTest system, when used should keep games running as efficient as possible.
Finally, this system can be used to keep track of ALL objects that are duplicated, as long as you keep the naming system going, (eg. Instead of using “square”+i and “circle”+i, just use “clip”+i)
I recommend looking and thinking about what is going on, this will allow greater understanding about what is going on.
Thanks for reading.
