Drawing Spider Web using API

You only need one empty keyframe to draw the spider web! It's not a trick nor a magic. What you need is only setup the actionscript and let the script draws all during the run time. The basic spider web figure consists of 3 octagonal curves which has different sizes but placed at the same center position.

The first (outer) octagonal curve has coordinate as follows:

The second (middle) octagonal curve coordinate is as follows:

The third (inner) octagonal curve coordinate is as follows:
