First you create the required objects, i.e., the MovieClips with text in them: cat, rabbit, mouse, ...
Then you duplicate all of them so that you have one word in the final position:
and the same word (the duplicate) in the initial position.
The MovieClips in the final position have the instance names:
These won't be visible (nor draggable). Basically, they only serve one purpose: be the target.
The MovieClips in the initial position have the instance names:
These are visible and draggable.
All of these MovieClips have to have the same Base Class - DraggableObject - which is a custom Class that you'll meet next. Although not all are meant to be draggable, as you've already seen, it's just a way to save the work of creating different MovieClips.
Right-click the items in the Library and and select Properties. Check "Export for ActionScript" and insert DraggableObject for the Base Class.
If you see this warning
just click "OK" again.
