Step-4

  1. Go to the Preload scene
  2. Create a new layer and name it "Actions"
  3. On layer one, put the movie clips "Loading_Text", "Loadbar", and "Loadbar_Outline". Make sure that you put "Loadbar_Outline on last and that it is place directly on top of the clip "Loadbar".
  4. Create key frames at frame 2 and 3 on the Actions layer. Drag out the time of the movie clips on Layer 1 so that they span from frame 1 to frame 3.
  5. Open the action script editor and go to keyframe 2 of the actions layer. Insert the following code...

    if (_root.getBytesLoaded() != _root.getBytesTotal() ) {
    gotoAndPlay (1);
    }

    The "!=" means not... so this code is translated as : " If the bytes loaded does not equal the total amount of bytes, go back to frame 1", causing the movie to continue the loop till everything is loaded.

  6. Open the script on frame 3 of the actions layer and insert the following code...

    gotoAndPlay ("Scene 1", 1);

    This will cause the movie to go to your actual scene, and this will only happen after all the Bytes have been loaded, due to the script on frame 2 of the actions layer.

» Description: Hmm... what to say about this one? It's reminiscent of the closing notes of the opening music from the Three Stooges done in a church organ style with a closing cymbal crash. I'll give this one away gratis, but feel free to check out my free loops and potential upcoming license-mandated ones over in the respective part of Flashkit.
