'press the "button 1" text goto the modify dropdown menu and click convert to symbol and name the symbol "button1" and the type will be a button. After you do that go ahead and continue by creating four more buttons naming the button2, button3, button4, button5 arcording to the text that they have. Once thats complete go ahead and Select all of the button and convert them to a movieclip '
