This tutorial is written for those who, like myself, took a look at Flash 5's new collision detection feature and thought one of two things...
1. I can do it way better using my own X, Y calculations!
2. What the heck? This doesn't make sense, and the book doesn't help!
So, for the above people, or for those just curious... read on, because it will make sense... and you won't have to worry about X, Y coordinates anymore!
