Original concept and source code by Flashtool - Third party freeware for Flash 4.

To see this preloader in action, download the file at the end of the tutorial and open it in flash. Press Ctrl-Enter or select Control > Test Movie to test the movie then press Ctrl-Enter or choose Control > Show Streaming again to run the preloader in a web environment. Your preloader should then load at the bandwidth rate specified in the Control menu item and you will be able to see it in action.
