Step 4 (Easy to understand but quite tricky to get a good effect)
Now we will edit the movie clip blobs. Press Ctrl + L to open the Library and double click on the Blobs Movie clip. The stage should change to display the new movie clip. On its stage create a shape without any border then simply shape tween from one position to the next. At the end of doing that your timeline should look something like this:

Masking can be used to uncover text etc. (This whole stage takes quite a lot of experimentation but with practice many effects can be realised)
