  1. Now select the Timeline Tab and click on the word squeeze on the left hand side of the timeline.
  2. Press the Add Effect button and select Squeeze, just below the separator line in the menu.
  3. You should now see the Squeeze Effect dialog. Choose "Squeeze to Left" from the Alignment options and press OK.

The Timeline should now look like this:
