Resize
You will notice that the symbol does not take up all of the 400 x 400 pixel movie. Using the re-size tool, change the object so that it fills out the entire movie stage. Make sure that you are in keyframe 1 on the symbol timeline so that the whole timeline if affected evenly.

To re-size the symbol, click once on the re-size tool button, then click once and while still holding down the mouse, drag the object to make changes. You do not have to move the mouse very much once you have latched onto the symbol in the stage. If you need to re-size the object again, you will have to re-select the re-size tool.
After re-sizing the symbol in the stage, the overall stage should now now look like the screenshot clip shown below.
