Here I will introduce to you the simple way: no flash or xml skills are required at all.
Step 1: Make dynamic flash gallery with free flash photo gallery maker.
Firstly, please make your own dynamic flash gallery and publish it as SWF flash format with
flash photo gallery maker.
Step 2: Upload and save flash SWF file.
Upload the flash SWF file to any web hosting, and get the URL address of the Flash SWF file. If you don't have a personal web host, don't be worried, you can also upload your flash file to Google Sitesfor free. First sign in with your Gmail account and create a new site.
And then upload the SWF file to the Attachments.
Finally, right click your uploaded file, select "Attribute" and copy the URL in "Address" item.The URL should should be like this:http://www.yoururl.swf
Note: Don't click your upload swf file directly to get the URL, for the URL can't be used.
Step 3: Add the following HTML code to your website.
Copy and paste the following code to your website, and revise the red code to your own URL and size, then the dynamic flash gallery will be displayed. you can put the code to anywhere you want so long as your website support HTML coding.
