Here I will introduce to you the simple way: no flash or xml skills are required at all.

Step 1: Make dynamic flash gallery with free flash photo gallery maker.

Firstly, please make your own dynamic flash gallery and publish it as SWF flash format with flash photo gallery maker.

Step 2: Upload and save flash SWF file.

Upload the flash SWF file to any web hosting, and get the URL address of the Flash SWF file. If you don't have a personal web host, don't be worried, you can also upload your flash file to Google Sitesfor free. First sign in with your Gmail account and create a new site.
