Create Magic Dazzling Effect with Sothink SWF Quicker

How is the effect created? Please follow the step-by-step tutorial to create it yourself. There are only 5 main steps to create the effect, each of which is really easy to follow and learn.

Step 1- Movie Settings

Lauch the program. In the Properties panel, set the movie Width into 300, Height to 140, the blue color (R: 31 G: 83 B:180 A 100%) .
