Step 4 - Create Effect (This section is the most magic part of the whole process. No motion tween or ActionScript is utilized.)

  1. Right click the second circle just created.
  2. Choose "Create Effect.." from the menu, and you are presented with a Configrue Effect dialog.
  3. In the dialog, choose Scale>Disappear, and click "OK".

  4. Still right click the circle, choose "Create Effect" again, and select Shadow>Multi-shadow. Click "OK" to finish.
