A Cool Little Tool This cool little tool lets you see all the buttons, all the labels, and movie clips in their frames and lets you save it all, or the portions that you select out to a text document. See below. 
Now granted you can't just cut and paste the code into place, but at least you don't have to spend hours figuring out what you did in the first place. It's a very easy to use Application. Just pick the file and open it in the AS Viewer. There is a window below that lets you see the script itself and one above that lets you see the frame structure. There are little icons for each of the elements like labels and movie clips, making this a quick and easy read.
