Step1
go to YouTube http://www.youtube.com and find a video that you love. Copy the URL that in the Red box. Like this format: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sdUUx5FdySs
Paste your video file URL to Grab Video box of the FLV Downloader, it is a freeware, get flv url, then click download, you will get flv file on your coomputer

Free download FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter (click here to download it ) and install it, then launch the program and Click Add button to load FLV video files you downloaded.

Click Change button to choose an output folder for the output files.

Click Profiles combo-box and select MP3 - MPEG Layer-3 Audio (*.mp3) on the pop-up menu.

Step5
As you see it, you can choose the audio quality of the output file, and also the kind of codec, channels, rate and volume.

Step6
Click Convert button to start the conversion.

Step7
Put Music on iPod with itunes
Open iTunes and click File to add your music to iTunes library.
Then plug in your iPod to computer, iTunes will detect your iPod as a device. select your iPod on the left panel of iTunes, click Musictab, check the music you want to sync and click Apply, done.
Tips
- If you want to get better mp3 quality, you can select a higher audio bit rate and sample rate in the settings window.If you dont want to do these settings, the default settings will just work perfectly.
