Step1: Free download Allok Video to FLV Converter, then install and launch it.

Step2 : Click to add flv video files from your computer, then you can see a interface like this:

Step3 : Click to edit the selected FLV file, you can set the start time and end time, the interface is like this:

Step4 : You can click to add subtitle to the FLV video file.

Step5 : Select the output folder and the output video formats, it supports SWF video format and SWF video format + SWF video
format with HTML page.

Step6 : Click Allok Video to FLV Converter to start the conversion.
