This option is located below the line and deals with how the fading out part of the text effect should be controlled. "Stop For X Seconds" will pause the text effect for the number of seconds indicated, after the text has appear before fading out the text. How your effect will fade in will depend on what option you select from above the black line. This has been dealt with earlier in this tutorial.
The Actionscript commands used to load the effect are as follows. The Load Movie action was placed on the first frame of the main timeline and the Set Property Actions was placed on the next frame to position the text effect.
Load Movie ("option4.swf", 1)
...
Set Property ("_level1", X Position) = 100
Set Property ("_level1", Y Position) = 18
Once the movie has loaded it will begin playing.
