3D incorperations into Flash are becoming increasingly common with games, animations, and websites. It is important to be able to use the trace bitmap feature to convert these images to vectors, however, Flash does not incorperate a method to trace multiple files at once. You could try to do this by hand or use macros to get it all done quickly with little help from you. I used Macro Express to create these macros. A trial version is available that uses cd keys *cough* *cough* for when you *cough* buy it.

First develop your animation in the 3D modeling app of your choice. I used the open-source program Blender. Then export the animation as a series of images in a format such as JPG.

Do not create a movie such as AVI. Flash cannot trace these formats.
