'World' and 'Local' Clocks with Daylight Saving Time - By 'calculating' the last Sunday of October and March (without specifying the dates as a data). So that, there will be no need to change those dates every year... It also checks if the time zone which is set in the system is using DST or not... Please do not forget the known bug of Flash Player related to daylight saving time and use Internet Explorer with the last Flash Player plug-in to open .swf file. If you change the Time Zone after opening the .swf file, please close and open it again...
