»Description  This is an example of a time-based text scroller. The actions on both the up and down buttons are time-based rather than frame-based. A variable controls the number of lines that are scrolled per second, meaning that the scroll speed is completely independent from the rate of frames per second. The same concept may be easily applied to objects other than textboxes.
