This is a near perfect work-around for the On-Key-Release problem in Flash
4. When I say near perfect I mean that, any key pressed for .4 of a second
or greater, the release is caught straight away. If the key is held down for
.4 seconds or less there is a very small delay. Basically, this now
resolves/(works around) the issue for anyone producing games needing this
