»Description  This is a simple navigation banner I made for my program's web page. The buttons expand on mouseover. The flags are set to fade out using a motion tween and changing the alpha. The "International Course" words fade into the background with a shape tween. I think it is fairly simple, but it seems to be very effective and pleasing to the eye.
