This is a scrolling text window which can be adjusted for speed, size and functionality by changing simple variables in the first frame. It features a dynamically adjusted scroll bar which decreases in size proportionately with the length of text in the file and disappears when it is not required. I have included a fully editable graphics set which can easily be modified by the developer, and a comprehensive tutorial file on using multiple windows in the same file, detailed explainations of all the user defined variables and other implementation issues which users have brought to my attention. The idea is to emulate the functionality of a Windows scrollbar as fully as possible. By William Warby
