The Futurama Bold Font was made from the ground up by studying the Futurama show credits and other Futurama related material. It was made to resemble the actual commercial font used in the Show, but has a boldness to it for Web Graphics.
The Futurama title Font uses letters based on the Title font used in the opening title of the show.
The writers hands sailed in a whirling flurry of fingers as he poured forth all his creative forces into the simple machine. The keys clattered in time with the mans ideas as they issued forth. Abruptly the tapping stopped, and the flurrying fingers came to rest. The writer's eyes scanned the stark black words printed on the paper. He ripped the sheet from the type writer, screwed it into a tight ball and threw it in the corner with the ever increasing pile of papers.
He would buy anything, as long as there was plenty of it, and he would sell it on to other merchants to sell to the customer. For he hated customers, they made his head hurt.
It was late at night when I finished this font and couldn't decide on a name... Nothing I came up was remotely related to the letters so I decided to sleep on it. Just as I was about to fall sleep, I remembered a word my friend Ilona used to use to describe all things chunky.
