collecting info via input textboxes and posting by email

I am trying to collect responses from a series of questions in a flash questionaire/movie. Users need to enter their responses to five questions into five different input text boxes one after another in the movie, then those responses need to be sent off to an email address...
Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction for some kind of tutorial or suggest how I might go about doing this..

search the flashkit movies with 'php mailer'... you will find various examples.


keep in mind if you want to send mails you will need to use PHP and your provider will need to support this lang.
