    Product Developer Site: Feedback please

    Hi friends,

I am returing back to FlashKit after a long time. We recently successfully launched our new product: Flash Wallpaper (http://www.tenmiles.com/flashwallpaper).

With the new product we also have revamped our website. As a matter of fact in this version we have kept flash away.

    URL: http://www.tenmiles.com/

Please provide me with your feedback. Good, bad anything. You are exactly our target audience so it helps to know what you feel about it.

Thanks! Your feedback would be much appreciated.

With your target audience in mind, I'd expect some more eye candies...I think the design is to simple. It's not bad, but too simple..

Too much text all over, and it's all in the same font, it makes the site look like a .txt file!

    is it really so bad?

    well is it so bad?

We were clear about the fact that our target audience is Flash Designers and developers (business users) and other flash enthusiasts and home users.

Flash developers probably see Flash all day. We just wanted to get to the crux of product and tell them what it does. The objective was to keep the site simple, highly usable and fast. Are we really compromising big time by not jazzing up using flash?

    More feedback please.

    thank you!

I see what you are saying about flash designers seeing flash all day and not needing to impress them with actual flash on your website but it never hurts to have a super cool design to go along with your product, it just builds you up even higher.

And, this website is Ok in my opinion but it's definitly boring visually and doesn't help at all with making your product look better.
