    Actually this is done entirely in Photoshop 6...pixel by pixel! That's Easter for ya *LOL* ...it takes waaaay too long but I consider it a hobby

    Looks really nice phreax!!! I also did some bordom pixel art the other day, taking a little break - I decided to do some stuff that looks like the gameboy, like Marmottes pixelboy but with 4 colors!!



    I did 'em cos I couldn't find any good graphic bowling games on the original gameboy!!!

    Hehe, looks like pixelBoy is ready to compete with GameBoy Looks really nice Rip! I like that you can set it on fire if you throw hard enough

    The idea with the beachvolley game was to make a fun game with loads and loads of small things to look for! I.e. I would make the clouds take shape of something, and stuff like that...and also I wanted to use my fat Elvis for something!

    Anyway, thanks alot for the replies guys!

    Nice work phreax, I absolutely love the BG, only bif is that Elvis looks too tall when he's on the ground.. bring the head/arms more to the left, other than that it looks KZOR...

    You're right PrEd....it's because of the very silly angle I chose It still has some flaws! Look at it as a proof of concept! I am getting more and more psyched on doing this game!

    I just have to finish the 'flying game', and the racing game first though *LOL*

    Thanks for noticing PrED, I will try to improve the anim...there are several tiny but eyecatching things there

    phreax, I think I saw earlier that you may make a game out of this, personally I think you should cos it looks ace, one thing i'm sure you'd do but I just wanna make sure - Make sure you use shaddows for the characters and ball, is so much easier then to tell what z depth your at!

    i don't really like the look of your elvis guy (it's just a matter of taste for sure), although he has a lot of potential to become popular ^^
    btw it's super well done! and yes, i'm also curious to see how you animate your character... directly with photoshop, pixel after pixel (so long but always very orgasmic when you've finished it), or first do you draw some sketches, etc...?

    RipX, your work is very well too; it's always incredible to see what we can do with "only" four colors... especially your gradiants...
