Try using shorter loops. If you can't find one go to
http://www.goldwave.com and create your own small loop.
Also, your font is a bad choice.
-- It increases file size and your viewer will pay attention to each individual font and will loose the message you are trying to get across. --

    Just trying to help...

Shorter loop would be a good idea..but you might want to consider breaking up you track into peices, and then preloading them in sequence. The first part of the music (just the choir) could be looped a few times to give the beginning drum loop some time to load, then that one can be looped ...and so on. Anything longer than about 12 seconds starts to make things run slow. Also..make sure you have your sample rate down to as low as quality will bear. You can get a good audio editing program from Syntrillium called cool edit 2000. It's pretty inexpensive, and will do format conversions, sample rate conversion, and has effects that are a lot like soundforge. The demo is a full funtion one for 30 days.

    Good Luck

ok, this info helps for flash aswell.

after downloading an mp3 from napster(which musicians should be flattered about) try an mp3 slicer at http://www.moochers.com so that you dont need to convert mp3 to wav then slice it in cooledit, soundforge, acid pro etc. and then reconvert to mp3.

also at moochers is "white tiger" great mp3 encoder/decoder

Sorry took too long to download, love to see it when it is fixed though.
Could you please tell me how that mirror effect in your heading is done, filter for Photoshop? what is it called?
    Cheers: Brettski...

Hang on a bit it loaded, ok, definately loop sound in a shorter sequence, layer the voice sound as a seperate item
then I would make the movie shorter, otherwise I love it, a lot of work gone in so once you tweak it it will be brilliant, also Velez has a point about the fonts, but the effect is great!
    Brettski...
