depending on what you want to do.. you can either load it into another .swf (_levels or targets)..or you can select IMPORT in the authoring environment.
aha well heres the reason in the first place why im doing it. this guy made a game, made the FLA available to download by everyone and edit it and do whateevr they wanted. when i copyied the frames of the edited version to a new document it didn't work for some reason, even though i copied everything. now i tried to import the edited version and hs protected it, even though he's giving it away to people.
great another probolem. it doesn't just go and play it just imports all it's files. i want the actuall final SWF in it. do i kneed to publish it another way then import it?
if i do all that then it get's way to messy and everything but ill do it if i cant fix this -
as i said above a guy posted a FLA source to download and we can edit it and so on, which is what i did, and i want to copy it into my new movie so i copy all the frames and past it into the new movie (new scene). for some reason it doesn't work. there is a number of errors. does anyone have any idea why?
the thing i want to load in is actually a game so i have to beable to interact with it.
another thing, when the final game is online, once it get's to that level would it have to load it or would it be in the movie when the movie first loaded???
it would have to load but that means your original movie will not take as long to load and it will still be completely interactive, though you will need to add a button to get back to your original movie using the code i private messaged you. thats if you need to kk.
